When placing an order please be sure the "E-mail me a copy of my order" box is checked to insure that you receive order and shipping confirmation. Our shipping status is updated overnight so that you will generally receive notice of shipment and tracking information the following day. Express Shipment: It is prohibitively expensive to ship most globes by two day or next day air due to the volume of the packaged globe. At this time we are offering only UPS Ground shipment on our web site (FEDEX Ground may be substituted). If you would like for us to provide an Express shipment quote please contact us by e-mail by CLICKING HERE We cannot guarantee a delivery of e-mail responses to addresses where aggressive SPAM blocking is utilized.
SHIPPING TERMS
Most globes are shipped direct from the factory 3 to 5 days from receipt of the order by
ground parcel*. Customer will be notified by e-mail of any orders that cannot be shipped
within 8 days of reciept. Shipping charges will be added to each order according to
the following table:

* President, Finley, Statesman, Melbourne and Diplomat are shipped by freight carrier. Shipment of these globes will be slightly higher to western states. Actual freight will be calculated before order is complete. SALES TAX will be added to all orders shipped to Virginia.
ALASKA and HAWAII ship to locations will require additional shipping/handling charges. Alaska and Hawaii customers will be contacted to review shipping options and cost.
RETURN POLICY
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We are making every effort to insure
that your order arrives in good condition; however, we understand that there are times
when merchandise must be returned or exchanged. Under such circumstances the
following return policy applies:
- All returns must be pre-authorized by Williamsburg Geographic and will include a 20% restocking charge for non-damage returns. To request authorization by e-mail CLICK HERE.
- Merchandise in its original unused condition in its original packaging and/or carton may
be returned or exchanged up to 30 days from the time of receipt at the customer's expense. See Damaged Goods
below.
- Original shipping and handling will not be refunded unless there was an error on the
part of Williamsburg Geographic.
- Under no circumstances should merchandise be returned to Williamsburg Geographic or
Replogle Globes without prior authorization from Williamsburg Geographic.
Unauthorized returns may be subject to restocking changes.
- All returned goods must be properly packaged in their original cartons and appropriately
insured at the customers expense.
Damaged Goods:
- Any damage upon arrival should be brought to the immediate attention of the carrier and
acknowledged by the carrier on the shipping documents. Failure to document such
damage may delay replacement of damaged goods. Such damage should be reported to
Williamsburg Geographic immediately by e-mail by CLICKING HERE. Williamsburg Geographic will replace damaged goods and
assist in any claims with the carrier for the damage.
- Any concealed damage of the goods (not visible in the external packing) or defective
goods must be reported to Williamsburg Geographic within 15 days of receipt.
Williamsburg Geogrpahic will replace the damaged or defective goods and assist with any
carrier claims where appropriate. Failure to report damage within 15 days may result
in denial of claims.
